  • We offer a free phone, virtual or in-person consultation to help determine if we are the right fit for one another.

    We understand that therapy is a very personal experience and finding the right therapist is crucial. If you feel that our practice is not the best fit for you, we are committed to helping you find the support you need. We can provide referrals to other trusted providers to ensure you receive the care that is right for you.

  • At Sonoran Sky Family Therapy, we do not accept insurance directly. However, I’m happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. Please make sure to check with your insurance company beforehand to understand your coverage and any requirements for reimbursement. I’m here to help answer any questions you may have about the process!

    At Sonoran Sky Family Therapy, we believe that mental health care should be accessible to everyone. To help make therapy more affordable, we offer a sliding scale based on income, ensuring that you receive the support you need without the financial strain. Additionally, we partner with Open Path Collective, a nonprofit network that provides affordable rates for therapy. Whether you’re seeking individual, couples, or family therapy, we’re committed to working with you to find a solution that fits your budget.

  • We specialize in treating conflict, communication, attachment issues, substance abuse, co-dependency, life transitions, parent-adolescent conflict, emotional struggles, divorce or separation, blended family dynamics, parenting young adults, families boundaries and roles, and more..   • In your first session, we’ll start by reviewing the “fine print of therapy” — things like confidentiality and how sessions work. I’ll also begin gathering background information to better understand your history and goals for therapy. It’s a very collaborative process, where we’ll work together to ensure that your therapy plan aligns with your needs and expectations.

  • We do not perform custody evaluations. If you are looking for this service, please feel free to reach out and we can provide you referrals to providers that do.

  • As an associate level licensed therapist, I am the owner of the practice, but working under the supervision of an independently licensed clinician. Once I have finished obtaining my hours as required by the board, I will obtain my independent license and transition into an unsupervised private practice. Please feel free to ask any questions!

    This is a supervised private practice. It is owned and/or managed by a master’s level, non-independent licensee under Board-approved clinical supervision pursuant to A.A.C. R4-6-211.
